Jack and Jill
by Guy Anthony De Marco
Jack and Jill,
Went up the hill,
To fetch a pail of water;
Jack fell down
And broke his crown,
And Jill came tumbling after.
But Jill was smart,
To the Tinker’s cart,
She went to fetch brass gears.
Now Jack’s more stable
And with a gyro they’re able,
To fetch the water without tears.
